These workshops were co-delivered by NZCER and the National Centre of Literacy and Numeracy for Adults. They included: a range of Assessment Tool user levels from beginner to competent; utilising literacy and numeracy data to inform whole organisation decision making and use of Assessment Tool results to inform teaching and learning practice. Each workshop is specific for its intended audience.
This workshop is for educators and other professionals (administrators, managers) who are experienced users of the Assessment Tool and who want more understanding of what the Assessment Tool can provide. The workshop will explain the measurement scale and scale scores, the different types of reports and their purposes including gain reporting, and will set the scene for interpreting reports to inform practice.
